Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) standard / 160 C (320 F) fan-forced. Add cocoa, cake flour, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt and stir until combined. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 18 to 24 minutes, or until light golden brown on top.
